As a speaker, my first goal is engaging my audience. Understanding where they’re at, and what they need to get out of it is the most important place to start.
I don’t lecture to my audience, I meet with them. Everyone has valuable experiences and nobody knows everything.
I see myself as less of a presenter, more of a catalyst of curiosity and experience.
